Play it safe

Deepavali symbolizes triumph of light over darkness, truth over untruth , good over evil.But year after year fire accidents during deepavali leads to tragic loss of life numerous lives.
Is it inevitable ? Can't we spare a little thought? Can't we play it a little safe? Can't we inculcate responsibility of behaviour, and save lives? If the answer is yes, we sure can prevent repeatition of such avoidable tragedies.
Let us all ponder.
Let us talk to manufactures of fire crackers.Let us educate the adults. Let us also educate our children, in schools and at homes, to adopt safe practices, always and everywhere, in whatever they do.Side by side, let us also hold the law enforcing agencies responsible for any dereliction of duty, and award them swift and exemplery punishments.
